Then we are looking for you!

Your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and maximize existing customer relationships. You will work with the sales team to prepare presentations and sales pitches. You will manage customer communications, reporting for management needs  and communicate customer roadmaps to the sales team. You will be managed by the Sales and Marketing Director.

Primary tasks

  • Identify and generate new prospects within the designated territory;

  • Maintain and grow the existing account portfolio;

  • Determine and evaluate the viability and value of new customers/projects;

  • Review and negotiate purchase orders and contracts;

  • Visit customers and trade shows, mainly within Europe (40% of your time);

  • Analyze and reply to public tenders;

Secondary tasks

  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

  • Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

  • Work closely with other members of the sales team and internal technical experts

  • Resolve customer problems

Skills required

  • Capable of quickly building relationships with customers

  • An excellent communicator

  • A solid technical background

  • Ability to work comfortably in a close community environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Resilience and tenacity

  • Independence

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.  Other languages, particularly German, are a plus
